Obscure Diamond requires a full up front payment of all projects $100 or less to placed on the work list.
Over $100 we require 50% of total costs (Or $100 if under $200 total costs).
Projects are completed in the order deposits/payments are received.
If a project is time sensitive an extra overhead cost may be added depending on the requirements.
Prices presented are STARTING/BASE EXPENSE.
Projects that are more in-depth and require more time will be quoted at a higher price.
Prices are negotiable under exclusive circumstances.
